I know when you hear the horn as you're walking around, you should check the basket next to the Coral Island sign on the pier. Doing so gives you a Batik Hanging.
Well I was playing just now, and I heard the horn, and I took the item from the basket. Then I went into the museum and came back out, and heard the horn again. Went to the basket again and it had an item again.
Getting the item back to back on the same day seems like a bug.
Ok I went into the museum and back out, and the horn sounded again. This time I got "Painting 20". Definitely seems like a bug that the basket resets.

We had a similar report to this issue before, but unfortunately we haven't been able to replicate it 😦
