Bat wings!

Im having issues with getting bat wings, monster loot isnt dropping down as frequent for me, and havent had a single bat wing dropped, havent even had the bat monster pop up anywhere, need the bat wings to finish the set! anyone else having this issue?

Bats are lower levels of the fire mine. If you have a blessed opal ring on take it off then kill the bats, cats, and tuktuks they all have a chance to drop wings.

wait I do wear blessed opal ring and never got the bat wing , is it true taking the ring off will give me more percentage to get the wing ?
