1.1 is currently in public beta testing, but there is no official confirmation on an end date as of yet, and there may not be one, beyond the actual end of the beta.

Seems a very long testing. For over a month now

it’s a big update, im not really surprised at how long it’s taking

It's a HUGE update, and it's late game. While there are a couple ways in the beta to jump to that late game content, playing to get to the content to check on balancing issues is also something that needs to be tested.
There has also been a lot of feedback requiring things to be changed, and needing to be retested.
This is going to take a while.
