Hi Rifky! I am playing on a PC Steam platform. I am unsure of the exact date, but this error first happened in the last week of winter after the festival, then again just yesterday in the spring first week. I thought about taking another screenshot then, but I'm sorry to say I did not. It is tied to Sam's Chess Dialogue, as this only happens in the Beach Shack and directly after his "I come here to play chess to show them who's boss" style of dialogue.
I hope that helps, I will go back in regularly to try to find more instances of data to help you track it down.
