I just noticed this myself, I had checked the wiki calendar for birthdays, but when I gave him a gift, he treated it like a normal gift and the calendar doesn't show his birthday. I'm also Steam pc.

Same here. On Steam PC. Sam's birthday is ???

After going though every character, Raj also appears to have no birthday. Though as I'm in Summer I can't check this properly.
