I made a post about this in the bug report channel, but does anyone else who is dating Theo get hardly any Dating dialogue from him? He says something kind of sweet/romantic maybe twice a week (I talk to him every day). If this isn't a bug, I think it needs to be addressed because dating in this game feels pointless tbh.
