I first noticed this on my Steam Deck this afternoon, then I ran down to try it on my PC with the keyboard and mouse and the same thing happened.
I click on an item (e.g. a tree) and try to place it in the precise square where I want it. As soon as I pick it up, the thing zig-zags all over the place -- like, it doesn't even track with the mouse OR the controller -- and trying to put it down exactly where I want it to go is nearly impossible. It will just zip 10-12 squares over from where my cursor/pointer is placed OR it will hang out 10-12 squares underneath where the cursor/pointer is.
I'm playing v.1.1-1142 and this is my own save. I've attached a copy of my save file. If I have time later, I'll take a recording so you can see what's happening.
