I have found that sometimes when I try to place a building on the farm, like a barn or silo, the game reacts by dragging the item to the bottom of the map. Ocassionally it will respawn but it will drag it back down again very quickly. This happens when building them initially with the Carpenters, or when using the Giants' Table.
