Keybinds keep resetting

I don't know if this is a known bug but on several occasions now my kebinds have reset mid game. I have my inventory bound to tab and sort bound to a different key. I'll open the menu, close multiple times and then completely at random they will reset even though they were just working and its not just two keys, when I go to inspect its all my keybinds getting reset to default despite not going into the menu to change anything. its completely spontaneous and has happened multiple random times now :\ Changing them back and applying works for X amount of game days and the it will randomly reset again. Is this a known bug?

I’m playing through Steam. I will try and get a recording the next time the issues happens.
