I've seen all of Suki's heart events, have her at 10 hearts, and have a second floor upgrade for my house, but an entire season has gone by and I still haven't gotten a letter for her 10 heart event. I've reloaded the game, and restarted my computer, and still I haven't gotten anything. I just want to marry her 😭 I have the most updated version of the game on PC through Steam.
