so i've seen every suki event, have 10 hearts, and have a second floor, but i'm not getting the letter that triggers the mini golf event. i'm really confused about what i'm supposed to do. i'm already at fall year 2 and just want to marry her already :(

I was able to trigger the Mini Golf event just by going toward the festival area even without getting a letter
