Full inventory in festival

Hello, I just had the spooky festival and won a pink diamond in the scavenger hunt. But my inventory was full, so I got a message that coal from another minigame and the diamond were sent to my mailbox. When going back to my house, I only received the coal but no diamond... Is there a way to retrieve it?

Oh this happened to me too @stoic cosmos , my inventory was full and I got the letter saying something akin to "here's your pink diamond that you couldn't take" but it never showed up for me either

I also got the letters! One for the diamond and one for the coal, but only the coal was added to my inventory :(

Is it Steam/Xbox PC? 😮

If you're playing on Steam PC and still have your save file/backup for that day, can you send it to us? 😉

You can do that by copy and paste this into your Windows Explorer: %localappdata%\ProjectCoral\Saved, zip the "SaveGames" folder and send them here 🙂

It is steam PC, but I have played a lot since then... I have the save file for this game where it happened, but a lot later 😅 is that useful?
