Hiya!! My game isn't crashing per se but it won't load anything past character creation and I'm not sure what else to do/where to get help. I have clipped it on medal so that you can see but essentially game song/volume disappears and I can still navigate and change my character/exit game but it won't load into the first cutscene to start the game :((
I have tried over the course of 2 days now, have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and verifying game files, updating drivers, etc., nothing has worked...have tried to find solutions online but haven't seemed to have found someone with this exact issue

Important notes:
I have the game through Steam Share and the game works on my partner's PC. We have even tried making the character on her PC through my steam library and then trying to cloud save it so that I can just get into the game. However, the cloud share isn't working (it keeps saying there's an error and to retry and every time you click it it doesn't work still). We have also tried to copy over the save file we made on her PC to my PC but that hasn't worked either/the game doesn't seem to register that there's a game file even saved/made.
