My paths I put down disappeared when I went back into the game, but seem to be invisible as I can still hit it with an ax. All of my graphic settings are on low due to performance. I'm not sure what to do.

My path also disappeared after a season or two after placing it. I still hear that I‘m walking on stone, and when I destroy the path with my pickaxe the path will be in my inventory, but I can‘t see the path on the ground. All my graphic settings are on low also.
Would you require a video or is my description enough?

I haven't had paths disappear a set time after placing them, but I have had a low enough graphics settings have stone paths visually disappear. I could still break them with an axe, and I could still hear the sound of walking on stone when I walked over where they should be.
I remember I tracked it down to a particular setting that set to low that made them disappear/reappear when messed with, but it's been a couple months since then
