Picking Ranch Item with an Axe resulting in Non Quality Drops/Item

Hi! I'm moving this to bug report from coral questions, not sure if it's already reported.
As the title mentioned, with the ranch animal having weird clipping on it's drops, sometimes it's hard to pick them up using the command, while this can be tackled with using an axe tool, it will result in a non quality drops.
Would like to know if this is intentional or a bug?
Yes my hay is on max quality
I know that i can easily tackle this with auto collector, but drops like gesha seeds and truffle are often clip in the grass area. I've also noticed a few times that the animal outside will clip on it's own drops resulting them to stuck together, unfortunately i didn't record this, but the animal won't even come back into the barn at 3pm cause they're stuck and i have to 'release' them by axing the drops (which in result getting a non quality drop)
