No more Backer Outfits in the mail

I started a new save file after the latest hotfix and now the Backer outfits aren't available anymore.
They don't appear in the mail on the first, second nor third day. I tried it with creating a few new files, but no luck so far.
It was working just fine when I started a file a week ago, before the patch.
Playing on PC - non-Beta Branch -

I don't know if they changed it but I've seen the DLC outfits for sale at the monkey so maybe it's there now.

Thats a different one. It would also be really not cool if you'd had to rebuy those outfits. There are two overalls you get if you backed that certain tier back then

I am having the same bug with my kickstarter farmer outfits. They do appear in the beta branch

I recorded the start of a new file. In the past, the backer outfits appeared in the mail on the first day in game, when you get that first quest from Joko and Dinda. I hope thats enough

Can you also send us a screenshot of your DLC section on Steam? You can do that by right-clicking the game on your Steam library, clicking Properties, then DLC. And have you redeemed your Kickstarter outfit on Steam? 🙂

Sure thing, here you go! I have redeemed it. Like I mentioned, I've used it before the update just fine. Only after the update it suddenly didnt get sent anymore.
