i mostly got mine fom fire gate of the mine, floor 10+
dont wear blessed opal ring
keep going there everyday. the droprate is kinda ... annoying

and btw as in 1.1. beta, the monster loot drop feels better than 1.0

I've also been struggling with this! I've been through all 40 levels of the fire mine like 15 times and only have 3 bat wings 😦

throw the 3 you have in a chest in your barn or coop and go to the carpenter and move your coop or barn it'll duplicate items in your chest. This is a known issue on PS5 and Series X gamepass and it may be fixed in 1.1 update that is if you want to.
