Fingers crossed this isn’t a duplicate as I can’t see this reported anywhere, but when I was visiting the Coral Inn I noticed Judge Ross stuck in the stairs. I could talk to her and me and the NPCs could walk past her but she didn’t move until I went outside and she was transported there. I’ll try and replicate it myself and update if it happens again.
This happened to me on the PlayStation 5, but the tag isn’t showing up for me

Hi sorry for my also delayed response, discord has only just given me this notification. I don't think I have any video of it, but I have been trying to check as I've contiued playing and it doesn't seem to have happened again, but if it does I'll try and get a video for you.
