So ive cleared off a lot of the rubbish however the two on their own in the middle I cant get two as the vines wont move trapping them in, and I cant progress any further as red pixels show up near the vines. any suggestions?

You have to 100% all sites before you can go to next zone - this grey ones in the middle are what you’re missing 🙂

Iirc some of the vines you need to be on them for the movement to trigger , this could be one such spot
But mostly I’d triple check your map for missed / grey sites
