Well, so I was working on the mines. And I have this habit of always organizing my inventory. ( I mean my gamer friends will understand...surely). To cut the story short, I found out that if you eat a food and then open the inventory right away and then click the food you were eating, it won't be "eaten" or "removed" from the inventory (as a result of the character eating it) BUT you get the stamina for it.
If you didn't get what I meant then you just simply suck. But in all seriousness I attached a video as I know I'm doo doo in explaining.
