A few weeks ago i reached the 10 hearts with wakuu but i didnt receive the letter yet. I tried to trigger the event but nothing happens. Do u have an idea how i can marry him?

First of all: have you checked if you had all other heart events?
If so, then the 10 heart scene only gets triggered after he sents you a letter, inviting you to come over. That one only gets triggered in Spring, I believe.
I had reached 10 hearts with him at the beginning of Winter and had to wait for the whole season. On the 2nd of Spring he finally sent me the letter. 😅
