So I keep getting this note that says to meet someone west of the diving spot at six pm the next evening but no matter how many times I try I haven't ever been able to see what that's about. Where do I go?

It's part of Suki heart events, you'll need to see her prior ones in order for it to trigger. However there is a bug that even after viewing it, you'll continue getting the same letter over and over and none of those will trigger. Only the first time you meet her after 6pm by the firepit on the west side of the dock (on the beach between the lighthouse and diving pier)

try not going near that area at all that day- sometimes it breaks the trigger- so just stay away from the lighthouse until 6pm
