My game crashed during the harvest festival's apple contest.

Just adding information here after finishing the harvest festival. I won the harvest festival against Beluga Bay. Got the after day confirmation that I should be getting 300 points for winning the harvest face off. 100 points for the apple eating contest and 40 points for attending.

After checking the town rank and activity log, I didn’t receive the 300 points. Someone pointed out that they received the points after 3 days. Sent a screenshot here that it’s already Fall 19 and still no 300 points added to the activity log.

Hi @timber helm. I'm really sorry for the crash! Do you happen to have a video of the issue? Have you tried playing the game again to see if the issue persists? 😮

Hi @reef frigate ! Sorry for not getting back. I tried playing the minigame again. Happened twice only but 3rd time was the charm. I was able to progress and finish the festival. Though the 300 points is not yet showing, I will wait 3 days like the other player experienced. Thanks!

Do you remember what's the differences between playing the first two times and the third time to make it not crash anymore? 🙂

What I did on the 1st and 2nd attempt was talk to everyone first. After talking to them I bought all the items in the shop. Then went to the watermelon crashing minigame. Then went to add all of the crops and items for the competition. Went to the apple minigame. After winning and claiming the prize I got that error. Did the same on the 2nd attempt and happened again. Third time I went to the apple minigame first and successfully received the rewards. Went to the pumpkin smash and talk to everyone, buy, and then main event.

I didn’t get a screenshot of the end of day recap but I can take a screenshot of the activity log.

I won the harvest festival and saw the end of day recap. But activity log didn’t register it. It’s Fall 19 here already and still no points.
