Cherry blossom event crash during hotpot (Xbox Series X - Gamepass)

I play on Xbox Series X and I’m on version 1.0-947. I played the sack race and win, next i was talk with all people and gifted items, then went to the hotpot and submitted a osmium star hot pepper to the hotpot. When I selected “begin event,” my game crashed and booted me to the Xbox home screen. I am on Year 3 spring.

As far as I can see I’m the only one who’s experienced this crash in this version (I did a quick search) so it may have been a random error, but I’m still submitting just in case. Thank you for your time!
