Town Rank Merit Issue

So before the winter festival my town merit points were at 645. I participated the events and won 1st place and even got the notification of the amount of merits I got from the festival which was 100+. I checked the next day my merit points were only at 673. Then cherry blossom festival came and I won the race and participated in the festival which should give me 140 merit points. But came the next day my town rank is still B and at 673 points. How do we fix this? I play on PS5.

Unfortunately I don't have a screenshot. I tried rebooting the game and now it's all back to normal. Lol. Thank you.
