It's PC only, yes, and it's a beta version of the game, meaning it's not for playing, it's for testing. Anyone who signs up for the beta should only be doing so if they want to help the developers iron out the bugs.

I also have it on PC so may assist with the testing; just also super excited for the content to be in the Playstation version as currently you cannot get the Platinum.
