#1.1 Beta

You are required to start a new save in beta, as it is a testing ground, and is not meant for standard playing. If you join the beta, you're signing up to hunt for bugs and make the game crash. It's not an early way to play the update.
Once the beta is over, everyone will be returned to their prior 1.0 saves, and they will be locked out of their beta saves.
Okay thanks for the clarification!!!
Artifact hunting? Gems searching? Fishing fiesta? Insect chasing?
Let's fill the Coral Island museum with everything we can find!

That's Bene answering that question. And no. We are not being forced to start over like we thought l. So if you have a beta file currently, you can play it and keep going
Thank you!
I still don't see HOW we can use our early beta saves. If we're meant to be testing for bugs, how can we do that on incompatible saves?
I'm starting over regardless and asking if I can bring and NG+ save over
I'm going to have to, I married Suki in my 1.1 beta
Maybe we will turn out beta save into an NG+ save… or maybe they mean the beta from the 1.0 run? Those betas should be compatible
NG+ beta would be nice
my 1.0 beta save would be no good, unless they're adding divorce in 1.1
...or Echoes of the Plum Grove cake.....
Good time to check since you're married o.o
yup
I'm going to try and get some play time in each day before I sleep for work
I think for me it's all going to depend on the vending machine. If we get one at start, I'll do testing. If not, I've got too many other games to play to start a new save and try to rush to the new content
Dinkum autumn update just dropped this morning, and Fabledom 1.0 dropped yesterday, and I'm still playing Echoes as well
I know. I have an alpha coming for ToS on the 27th too
Oof
I’m obsessing over sandrock at the moment lol
I’ll grind CI beta as I’m off and knowing tricks also helps the grind.
I’m hoping it drops on Sunday night for us so I can get it downloaded and started at least.
That's fair. Thursday-saturday of next week will be dedicated to CI
