I logged in to play after work
Today to find my save file gone. Not appearing on my Xbox or when I went to try to play remote to see if it was just an Xbox issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you restarted your xbox?

Yes, restarted my Xbox, deleted my local information, removed and re-added my account. Nothing has worked so far.

Have you tried turning on backup files and seeing if it's there.
