Hello! For some reason, even though the bee hive and the solar panels have finished producing. It won't let me collect the item? It's just stuck there. I've tried starting the game but nothing seems to be working.

This sounds like an issue that's happened with a couple of artisan "machines" for lack of a better term.
I believe it's been reported before... here's another one discussing it:

Can occur with dehydrators as well - if you can retrieve the item(s) then one workaround may be picking the item up and putting it back in (like with dehydrators)
Otherwise the only workaround for now seems to be just the restart... if that doesn't work I'm not sure of another workaround for now Zenobia, sorry

Yeah I've encountered this with the aging barrel too, on PC
