Town Rank Progression Stuck/Glitched

It shows my museum stuck at 251 items rank B even though i have over 300 items so I can't get my town rank to go up.

The points you see on your town rank page will not match your donation number in the museum

You get 3 points per item donated- and once you fill the bar, you move up a letter and start back at zero

So for the screen you're looking at now- you're at 306/340 total items donated to get Rank A for your museum. So just keep going and you'll get more points for completing collections to get your rank A

Thank you for responding! I feel like I've been adding more and more, but the number has stayed the same for the past in game year 😦 I will keep at it! I appreciate your help!
