sorry, i dont know how to add platform game tag to this. and i tried search with "mark" and "npc" there is no other post about this bug, so maybe im the first person who report this bug (correct me if im wrong).
Platform im using is PC (Steam)
my activities before encounter this bug is completing temple lake order or whatever its name i forgot. and then i just wandering to catch some bug.

i just put some item to the altar. not complete, just like put 2 or 3/5 item like fish and bug altar. the one i complete is rare material altar(?) the one with 3 silver ore gold ore essence, etc.

Can you share your backups with us?
You can open the folder/Windows Explorer and copy-paste this file path: %localappdata%\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames\Backup. You can zip it into one folder and send it to us 😊
