I have placed multiple ground insect trap near the lab but it keeps on disappearing!
I have placed them in front of the sacred tree.

If they are in a walking path they will disappear and if they are somewhere grass grows they can disappear when the grass grows back.

I’m playing on steam deck. It disappears after two to three days of placing them.
