Non-existent duck egg

I have 2 chickens and 2 ducks. I can get the 2 eggs from the chicken but only 1 duck egg. Not sick or anything. I tried searching for a fix but no luck.

Hi @obtuse harness . Been happening since yesterday. Thought it was because the chicken got sick but it’s the duck’s egg that is missing and never got sick. I am using Steam PC as my game platform.

I also want to add that my box can’t be removed even after using the pickaxe multiple times. This has been happening since last week I believe. Here’s a video for reference.

Weird question, but I've seen it before - are you getting one duck egg every day, or one duck egg every other day?

Oh. To clarify, should be every other day for the duck eggs but still, I have 2 ducks. They produce 1 duck egg only every 2 days.

ok. Sometimes they get off centered so you're still getting the correct amount of eggs, it just shows as one a day. OK, have you run your cursor over the whole right hand area in the coop? Sometimes and egg gets stuck in there?

I use a controller but I did go to the right hand side of the coop and try to look for the pick up pop up. No luck so far. Just to add, I bought the ducks and chickens at the same day. Every other day the ducks were producing 2 duck eggs for me. However, one day, I only get 1 duck egg. I did observe if it will adjust and get 1 duck egg everyday. Still every other day.

Hi @obtuse harness & @keen fox ! I just want to update you about the issue with the egg. I believe it fixed itself. Hehe. Got my ducks sick and gave them medicine. Next thing I know I am getting 2 duck eggs now.

Only the issue with the box is still persistent. Hope I can get help with that. 🙏🏻

@obtuse harness the issue with the box was resolved too but all of my hay is now gone along with the box. 😅

Hi @dusty bridge it was outside the coop. Maybe 2 cells away from the coop. Should be on the vid. Too bad my hay were gone along with the box. 🥹

Oh that sucks I have heard of them disappearing from inside or right next to it but not that far away.

Yay! I'm glad the issue is now resolved! but it's still weird you need to get them sick first to be able to lay eggs again 😅

Yeah. Suddenly disappeared. Moving forward I have to move the boxes away from the barn and coop. Don’t want it happening again.
