unable to create a character

Hello ! Since this morning I have been trying to create a game on Coral Island, unfortunately when I reach the end of creating my character, I click on "Yes" but nothing happens. When I click on "Cancel" I return to the name selection screen, etc.

I play on computer, I downloaded the game this morning from Game Pass, I'm on a desktop PC and I already managed to start a game a few weeks ago.

Of course ! I let you see ! But when i click on "Yes", the sound stop as like programm go running game !

I just uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I'm going to try setting the graphics a little lower to see!

I reinstalled the game, set the graphics to the lowest setting and tried again, letting it load for a good ten minutes... Nothing to do, unfortunately it won't launch

Can you take a screenshot of your keyboard-mouse setting? 😮

Go into the Mouse & Keyboard section, and check on the "confirm" button, is it the same as the attach image? 🙂

Same the time of loading when i click on "Play" is very looooong

I completely turned off my computer and turned it back on and it worked! The problem must have been with me, sorry for wasting your time! 😭
