Xbox Still Erasing Save Data

I play on Xbox series X.

I started two games in Dec/Jan and then stopped playing due to crashing and bugs. I saw they were fixed and loaded up my game only for my save files to be GONE. I tried to show back ups button and nothing. I want to love this game but I’m not going to continue playing if my save files keep getting deleted for no reason. It shows I have save data on my Xbox but the saved games are gone. 🤷🏻‍♀️ when can I expect a fix for this or an update? Any help at all?

For now the teams are still working to fix this missing save file issue. Hopefully, it can be fixed in no time so you can play again. I will reach out again once we have news from the teams. I'm truly sorry about this 🙇‍♀️
