The menu for the Fishing Rod and Bug Net upgrade are hidden behind the Character. Similar issue with the Blacksmith.
Unable to access the rooms on the second floor to decorate.
It says she is happy but the grey frowning face says otherwise.

The back and side rooms upstairs are not able to be decorated because the back room is for your spouse, they decorate it when they move in, and the side rooms are nurseries/children's rooms.

For the first bug, have you tried going back to the Beach Shack the next day to see if the issue persists? 😮
