humble pier
I got my pickaxe with Tier 4 enchantments using Add but not Upgrade. I just used a whole chest of artifacts but didn't get a single drop of the three enchantments I have to upgrade them.
Is the chance of a duplicate just lower at a very high tier? Or is it that you have to use upgrade for the last tier? I don't wanna waste any more artifacts if it's impossible.
