Steam on PC!
On Winter Day 19 around 12am to 1am Macy gets stuck on the staircase on her way to her bedroom in Coral Inn. I didn't get video of her walking but she initially was stuck walking in the corner of the staircase before standing in place. I started recording as soon as she stopped walking and you can see she hangs out there until about 1am. Then she's free and goes to bed.

Update, I went earlier (Winter Day 20) and she got stuck right at 11pm and was able to free herself at 11:50pm

You can access it under this file path: C:\Users\ <username>\AppData\Local\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames\Backup and send them all here 🙂

I don't have a backup but I should have the save file as I haven't started Winter 21, I just need to figure out how to access it. I don't have an AppData file under my username unfortunately. Is there another file path I can try? I tried C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Coral Island but got stuck there as to where to go next. There is a folder called Project Coral and within that there is Binaries, Content, and Plugins but that's as far as I got

Ah yes, the AppData folder is sometimes hidden, so you have to unhide it first. But you can copy-paste this file path: %localappdata%\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames after opening your username folder 😉

Hm most of the morning to afternoon I'm on my farm doing my daily tasks. Since it's winter I typically run around town greeting everyone and foraging although I've been renovating my farm the past week. I haven't used the architect's desk in a while since I know that's a big thing that causes issues so it's not that
On the first night (19th) I did play some games at the fair, but the second night I instead gave Macy an errand gift while she was on the beach before going to the inn to wait and see if the glitch would happen again
I do tend to talk to everyone on the beach who's there for the fair, maybe that could be the trigger? I didn't talk to her earlier in the day both times she got stuck
