Hi! I hope someone can help me with this.
I have 7 hearts with Scott but I didn’t watch even the 5 heart event. I don’t know if there’s a bug or something but I wanna play this fabulous game complete!

Gaining hearts has nothing to do with seeing heart events. You gain hearts from gifting and talking. You can get to 10 hearts without ever seeing a single heart event for them.

just go to the fountain near Sam's store during morning to start this event

you need to walk around the map frequently and at several different times to trigger events
