This is my first year of harvest festival. This is the reward i should have received but i can’t navigate down in any way to claim said reward. I’m on ps5.

So i still got the reward. Either way, super confusing when it has a button that states claim reward

Yes, it's confusing. The "Claim reward" button doesn't work, but if you leave your products at the stand, you will receive the reward in the mail the next day. If you take your products away, you do not receive any rewards. None of this is really explained, I just discovered it by chance.
