hey I just played this game for like, 40 hours. And for some reason the relationship bar on the Merfolks are like locked and I can't communicate with them except with King Krakatoa and Queen Nanda Devi, why is that? is there any way to unlock it? Do I have to wait for more quests from Merfolk? Oh and I did cleaned the ocean bed
