do tiger beetles not get caught in traps

So I have about 8 ground traps on the beach but I have more tarantulas than tiger beetles

Tiger beetles only spawn in Spring.

I’ve caught them in ground traps. Put them up in the grassy space between the lookout and the Coral Inn
