Can’t seem to find this final fossil! I’ve cracked open at least a couple hundred of the golden “Large” fossil nodes and no cigar. The majority of these I’ve obtained via cracking open rocks at the ||dig site|| and the mines. I’ve upgraded my pickaxe with the maximum levels in the rare and extra finds enhancements too.

Looking at the Fandom wiki, I know that this fossil is listed to have a ~1% drop rate, but I imagine I would’ve found one at this point. Anyone else missing this fossil or have others that you can’t seem to find? (also, any suggestions to what I could be missing?)

There's a 1.45% chance of it dropping from the large node. (Don't use fandom for anything, seriously, delete it from your computer, and then nuke the computer from orbit, it's that bad), but the only thing you can do is either keep at it or save scum.

Ohhhh right! I forgot that you can save scum with these and the drops aren’t predetermined. I’ll try that next. Thanks!

defo keep check the black market . Upgrade your hoe also enchant with extra finds..than use it on the beach also on roads in the woods. Break sand stones on the beach too drop sometimes ...rare tho . Check every day the dig site. 🙂
