Hi! I do not really know for the rest but for the game indicating you have no scrap is because your chest is not included in your global inventory so its content is ignored when you want to craft something. You need to tick the "Incluir el cofre en el inventario" (you can see it in the third picture) ^^

Now I just have to wait for the seeds.

You need to be rank C for the winter seeds to be sold in the shop.
But, any wild seeds you plant in winter will always be tea leaves, and you can get snowdrop seeds as a reward in the museum (I never remember how many donations, though, maybe 140?)

Thanks, the problem was that my rank was D, I didn't know that the seeds were obtained with rank c.
