Can't find Pandazen | Stairway Games | Page 1

So I could see Pandazen when I was using the hot spring before I unlocked the Bamboo Forest. Now that I've unlocked it (with no corresponding night dream of it being unlocked) I can't find him anywhere. Is this a bug or does he not appear in the Fall? And this is on my second playthrough he was there just fine on my first.

Pandazen in the bamboo garden only there at certain season...mostly Spring
