The journal was updated on the front end but the quest on the back end has not. So hang tight. It'll get fixed. We were supposed to have more monsters than we actually got

It has been bugged, if you completed this when there were more monsters on the list, and they removed those at some point it won't populate. I got fed up with trying to get the Red King Arowana after 9 seasons and deleted everything and started completely over and got this achievement to pop on Xbox because I had to rediscover them all. Also off topic do NOT buy clothes from the online option on the sturdy computer if you go for that achievement it has to be done at the store per the dev team I found this out the hard way, once again on Xbox but I don't think much difference.
