What are the conditions to be met in order to have Naga on the Extras page? I have seen the dragon inside Naga Palace but can't talk to it.

Anyone?? I think I've seen a graphic showing the other three as King Slime, Poci and the Ghost? Same Q for the ghost - seen in the forest next to gravestones??

Most likely a bug as we could talk to them prior to 1.0 when it was still early access, same goes for the mermaid chef. All of that will most likely be resolved / addressed with the merfolk update coming soon.
