So I have 10 hearts with Leah and I've witnessed the 8 heart event in mid-late fall of year 2. I have not received the note by her in the mail and I'm in the beginning of summer in year 3. I've done everything I needed to do, don't have any main quests I'm almost finished with the museum and offerings and still haven't gotten the note.
