Xbox/PC Fast Travel

I play on my laptop via Xbox Game Pass, and I've noticed I can fast travel out of the farm, but not back to the farm. It loads as if it will teleport me, but I reappear at the teleport stone

You've placed something in front of the teleport shine at your home, so you don't have room to teleport back.
