Don't have all Skills at 10 Mining

I have a 10 on the Mining level but am missing one of the skills. I think this was because I took the drink from the community center that got the skill level up before the skill point was earned but I can't verify it.

Isn't it because you need to buy the potion from the Community center ?

It’s not a bug. You have to purchase the last skill with merit points at the community center

They said they did already buy the skill potion. This seems to be a bug that happens when you drink the potion before already unlocking the other 5 skill points.

@crimson kettle is correct. I drank the potion before getting the fifth skill point.

Okay, this is the bug I'd uploaded my save file to but it is now gone so trying again.

That's odd because when I looked, I couldn't get it. I'll look again and hopefully I can. However, I'm still missing a skill point for mining.
